A single bench of Chief Justice Sushila Karki issued the order citing rule 41 of the Police Regulations 2071 B.S. that calls for seniority, work efficiency, ability to assume responsibilities, provide leadership and mobilize subordinate personnel. "Considering the adherence of the standards set for the post of IGP and sensitivity of the matter, a conclusion has to be reached to whether issue an interim order following deliberations with both the parties," reads the order.

The order by the apex court comes in response to the writ petition filed on Friday by advocate Kapildev Dhakal seeking an order to stop the appointment of Chand as the next IGP. The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has been named as the defendant in the writ.

The stay order today was issued following a hearing on the writ petition. On behalf of the petitioner, senior advocates Shambhu Thapa, Badri Bahadur Karki, Tulsa Bhatta among others had pleaded.

NEws about Daupadri (mithology )

The amount of resources traded in the Asian market sessions are comparatively very low so the average pip movements are too low to cover the high spreads of the Asian currencies.

End of December

This is the time when a lot institutional and Bank employees take holidays thus the volume of commercial transactions can fall during this time.

Prime time TV shows

World championships in Football, NBA or Superbowl finals, The X-Factor, etc. often create the same effects as holidays, so a TV program can also be a useful tool of a trader. And these events normally are not planned in the economic calendars.

When angry or frustrated

A golden rule that is fully understood only by seasoned traders is to avoid opening or closing positions during emotional moments – both happy and vindictive. Currency business is not for emotional decisions. Too many deals turn into losses when a trader thinks he is on a “wave” after a successful trade. The same applies to loosing – many become aggressive and thus make rash actions. The mind must be completely calm as you are trading.

Overnights

Many brokers charge extra fees for leaving the positions open during the nights (called overnights), so you must check if they are appropriate for you before opening a longer position.

A society is a group of people involved in persistent social interaction, or a large social grouping sharing the same geographical or social territory, typically subject to the same political authority and dominant cultural expectations. Societies are characterized by patterns of relationships (social relations) between individuals who share a distinctive culture and institutions; a given society may be described as the sum total of such relationships among its constituent members. In the social sciences, a larger society often evinces stratification or dominance patterns in subgroups.

Insofar as it is collaborative, a society can enable its members to benefit in ways that would not otherwise be possible on an individual basis; both individual and social (common) benefits can thus be distinguished, or in many cases found to overlap. A society can also consist of like-minded people governed by their own norms and values within a dominant, larger society. This is sometimes referred to as a subculture, a term used extensively within criminology.

Cantilever Bridge in Gorkha Nepal

A cantilever bridge has been constructed at Yarubagar, which connects seven northern villages of Gorkha district.

The bridge is built across the Budhigandaki river to connect Sirdibash and Kerauja VDCs. According to the District Development Committee, the bridge is the first of its kind in Nepal.

The bridge at the Manaslu foot trail is the only pathway connecting the VDCs with the district headquarters. Chief Engineer Sahadev Bahadur Bhandari of the District Technical Office said the bridge was constructed by engineers and workers from Switzerland.

The structure was constructed by drilling the rocky cliff of Yarubagar. The UK Department for International Development built the bridge after its successful experiment at Godavari in Kathmandu. One of the representatives of the DFID said the construction had taken them three months.

Rs30 million was spent on it, he said. Construction materials were delivered by helicopter to the site due to the difficult geography.

The average life span of the bridge is 50 years. There used to be wooden bridges in Yarubagar. However, the northern VDCs were cut off from the district headquarters after the flooded Budhigandaki swept away a wooden bridge at Yarubagar two weeks ago.

Vehicle insurance, in the United States and elsewhere, is designed to cover risk of financial liability or the loss of a motor vehicle the owner may face if their vehicle is involved in a collision resulting in property or physical damages. Some states require a motor vehicle owner to carry some minimum level of liability insurance. States that do not require the vehicle owner to carry car insurance include Virginia, where an uninsured motor vehicle fee may be paid to the state; New Hampshire, and Mississippi which offers vehicle owners the option to post cash bonds (see below). The privileges and immunities clause of Article IV of the U.S. Constitution protects the rights of citizens in each respective state when traveling to another. A motor vehicle owner typically pays insurers a monthly fee, often called an insurance premium. The insurance premium a motor vehicle owner pays is usually determined by a variety of factors including the type of covered vehicle, the age and gender of any covered drivers, their driving history, and the location where the vehicle is primarily driven and stored. Credit scores are also taken into consideration. Most insurance companies offer premium discounts based on these factors. Auto Insurance We offer a wide range of low cost auto insurance options to choose from. We are considered by most as the Mississippi coastal area’s number one auto insurance provider. Our dedicated staff can help you find the right coverage for your vehicle.
